  1. The following files should be in the archive.
  2.  
  3. CHECKOUT.EXE        --- This program checks your EchoDor.Ctl file for possible
  4.                         errors.  This program can't catch all errors but it
  5.                         will give you a start on correcting problems.
  6.  
  7. CTLFILES.ZIP        --- This is an archive of the various control files used
  8.                         by EchoDor, EchoUser, EDorPurg, and EchoNLCP.  If your
  9.                         upgrading, I suggest that you unarchive this into a
  10.                         different directory and look through the files.  If
  11.                         this is an initial installation, you'll need all the
  12.                         different files.
  13.  
  14. ECHODOOR.BAT        --- This is a sample batch file used to run EchoDor from
  15.                         your BBS.
  16.  
  17. ECHODOR.EXE         --- This is EchoDor !!!
  18.  
  19. ECHODOR.DOC         --- Here is the documentation, you do read the docs don't
  20.                         you?
  21.  
  22. ECHOUCNV.EXE        --- This converts EchoDor 3.10 user files to 3.11 user
  23.                         file.  You must run this when upgrading!!!
  24.  
  25. ECHOUSER.EXE        --- This is the user editor.  This will also run as a
  26.                         door.  Requires DoorDriv.Ctl & EchoDor.Ctl to run.
  27.  
  28. ECHOUTIL.EXE        --- This is the EchoDor Utility program.  This does all
  29.                         sorts of fun things.  Read the DOCs.

  31. EDORPURG.EXE        --- This program will purge / renumber the messages areas.
  32.                         Run "EDorPurg ?" for help.
  33.  
  34. FASTLINK.EXE        --- This program will reset the message threads after
  35.                         new mail comes in.  Run "FastLink ?" for help.
  36.  
  37. FILES.LST           --- This is the list of files that your reading right now!
  38.  
  39. MENUS.ZIP           --- This is a archive of the MENU, HELP, and information
  40.                         files used by EchoDor.  If your upgrading, you won't
  41.                         need to unarchive this.
  42.  
  43. OPUSCNVT.EXE        --- If your an OPUS user (1.1x), this will convert the
  44.                         SYSTEM files to an EchoDor area table file.
  45.  
  46. READ.ME             --- That good ole read me file.
  47.  
  48. REGISTER.DOC        --- Have you registered EchoDor?  Read this for details on
  49.                         how to register.
  50.  
  51. SCANMRG.EXE         --- If you run multiple nodes, use this program to combine
  52.                         the SCANLOG from each node.
  53.  
  54. UPDATE.DOC          --- How to update from prior versions.
